ESA's central sales office is located in Ballston Spa, NY; only minutes away from Saratoga Springs, NY. We offer our customers a Watts line to our office which is open from 8:00am until 5:00pm EST Monday through Friday. This location is staffed with three people. Scott Phinney is our office manager. Jon Schuler and Muffy Eggleston work with Scott in providing customer service.

Dale Norris and Bill Norris operate out of the Ballston Spa office and our other salespeople have offices in their homes and should receive correspondence there. Our outside staff is equipped with car phones and maintain contact with the office on a regular basis. They travel Monday through Thursday and work their local offices on Fridays.
