Dale and Bill Norris

Territory One: Dale Norris works out of the Clifton Park office and covers Albany/ Schenectady and south to Rockland County, west to Binghamton and continues north to Oneonta.  Dale graduated from the University of Cincinnati and worked for the Universal Rundle Co. until 1974, when he became a general partner of ESA.  Bill Norris assists in the management of this territory and is responsible for secondary market calls.  Bill is a graduate of Eckerd College in Florida with a degree in Human Development.
